We process the following insurance: 

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Tricare/Triwest
• Humana
• Any insurance that has out-of-network benefits

We are in-network with the following insurance, but we don’t process them. That means the client pays CNC in full and then submits a superbill to the insurance for reimbursement to the client:

• Blue Cross and affiliates
• Anthem and affiliates
• Many health share organizations

Private Pay Services: 

Initial Evaluation – In-person or telehealth (75 minutes): $175

Follow Up Treatment – Office or Telehealth (50 minutes): $85

Follow Up Treatment – Your Home/Community (50 minutes): $125

Additional Support: included at no charge! All clients have access to the patient portal, where you can chat with your provider via text, read your visit notes and re-watch videos of your education sessions.
